Shuffled things around and now 1 side of the flower tent is full. Skywalker OG #5 is spending the night under the HPS and then getting flipped.
SW5 (a little shabby looking. Got too dry a day ago)
Filled up and have the UVB over the oldest 2 running @ 4hrs a day.

Rearranged the flower tent for a couple of reasons.
It's going to be a few weeks before anything left in veg is ready to flip.
And what I've figured out thanks to my first grow+SW1/2 compaired to SW3/4 is, major defoliation 1 week prior too, or 1 week after 12/12 flip = severe stunting of growth in stretch.
I defoliated like this on SW1+2, and all but 1 plant in my first grow. All have responded in the same way. SW3/4 have been moved under a scrog due to their stretch. It's the difference with maybe 1-2" of stretch between nodes on SW1/2 compaired to 4+" on SW3/4.

I was feeding the flower tent and felt a couple of buds on SW1. They are really sticky.
So, even though it's super early in flower @ Day 39, I decided to grab my scope.
I am shocked.
Not sure if it's the strain, or the added uvb (@twalte) but, well here.

is a photo from my last grow right before I harvested. Has to be Jack Herer or OG Kush. That was around Day 77.

I couldn't keep the HPS out of the second picture, but I'm sure you can get the idea...

Had a brain storming moment.
Gave it a shot.
I now have my 315W CMH as "supplemental lighting" in the center of the tent. No increase in temperature even though it's in a batwing reflector. I have to run exhaust 100%/24/7 due to the smell anyway.
Not sure I could cram much more lighting in there if I wanted too...(2,315W now + uvb. A touch over 72w/sq.ft mixed hps/cmh)
It raised Lux at the center of the canopy 20k with the lights @ 20"
No spot in the tent is below 50k lux now and from the looks of SW3/4 under the net, I'm going to need every inch I can get if I plan to run 8 @ a time.

I took the time back up to 4 hrs but light is about 22" away now. Like I said, not sure if it's the strain or the light, but wow.
