hey just cut a plant and has been hanging for three days...... the shit looks crystal as fuck but has a pine/grass smell it had a very good smell on the plant not it smells like ass wtf am i doing wrong

Idk pics would help, there are some really potent strains that smell like pine kinda.

your not doing anything wrong you just need to cure it. After it dries it almost always stats to smell like pine or grass or hay or ass lol. you gotta put it into some air tight glass jars and then open them a few times a day to let it breathe. do this for two or three weeks and it will smell bomb again.

after a week it starts smelling right,
after 2 it starts smelling an tasting great!

Yeah Sorry, I thought you said they were still growing. But jar them in preferably a glass mason jar.. Burp them once A day for about a month, or longer if you prefer. check for mold and enjoy your gold

right on guys start to smell like orange again sweet but still not there yet i am hoping for the best!

my first ahrvest has been hanging for 3 days now and i havent run into any grass/hay smell, i feel lucky, theyve gone from a nice weed smell when cutting to an INTENSE peppery smell (bagseed)
