Small Veg,clone and seedling LED suggestions

Hi all, so my idea of using a 100w/17w LED flood didn't seem to work well as the bulb after a week craped out so I'm back to using my little single sunblaster T5 18". I have a potting bench next to my tent and that's where I do my propagating "also use a domed tray". Long story short what would you recommend for a Veg, Clone, seedling light ? I was thinking of picking up a $25 COB work light at the home store but not sure if it would work ?
