Small veg box - Need CFL placement tips

Hey what up guys... I just got my first seed to pop up after about a week.
I have a single 23w 65k CFL just chillin right above her by hanging an extension cord to the top of the cabinet. I got 5 more lights, so 6 CFLs in total.

My grow box is pretty small, only about 22in high. I gotta get a bucket in there for my DWC setup, so that takes away a lot of space already. I was trying to figure out a good way to put in my CFLs so that I would have maximum room for my single plant for about a 2 week veg. I only need her to be about 12' tall because my flower room with a 400w HPS is about 4 feet tall.

I got a nice bathroom light fixture with 6 bulb holders that I can open up and rewire to use in the box, basically mount the fixtures anywhere. But then I'm not sure if the plant would be getting all the light it needs at every different stage.
I also have a lot of Y splitters and extension cords.. if hanging them is the only way to go.

Anyways, I attached some pictures.
Let me know if you guys got anything in mind.
Any tips would be great. :leaf::leaf::leaf:

Also- I don't even have the computer fans running. It's so cool in there and the box is right next to the sliding glass door. The cabinet also has a half-inch crack, so its not completely sealed up. Keeps it really cool in there.
