Small/stunted seedlings ?

I got some seeds from a mate he got from someone so no idea of the strain but was wondering what was going on with these seedlings.

Germinated in a paper towel and placed into organic soil 4 weeks ago. Was thinking they should be a lot bigger and no idea why they keep throwing 3 finger leaves instead of 5 now they are up to 4 nodes.

Never come across this so no idea if it’s normal , here’s some pics of 1 of them and all 3 are like it .

It does look small. Maybe no root mass?

What’s your lighting setup and have you started to feed ?

Some strains/plants just grow slower than others...they should get better as the summer progresses plus giving them good fertilizers...
