Ok.....I;m in a panic mode...
I just wired two 150 watt hps lamps, got them in a 12 sq ft area. My room is a patio storge closet...there is NO way to vent into an attic/crawl space, impossible to drill/vent through any other wall....and my door is a SOLID core door. There is a two inch gap that could/is providing fresh air, however small a gap that may be.
I was taking temp readings, they were great at 75,

UNTILLL I wired/ lit the hps lamps...
Wholly shit!!!
Temps jumped frpm 75-78 to 99-101
!!@!!~!!!!~!@~#!

HOw can I "Stealthly" chill this area????
any and all ideas are welcome...
NEED A RESOLUTION, ASAP!!!!

Thanx, to a nation under pot!!!
From a SCARED HOT Closet!!!

Unfortunately - if you cannot vent - ure screwed - HEAT has to go somewhere - and even a portable AC unit has to vent heat cause it is a byproduct.

i am thinking but can't come up with anything without being able to expel the hot air and air-cool the lights both of which require exhausting outside the room.

or you can cut a vent hole in your closet door at the bottom of it i would cut a 3inch vent hole with a vent fan hope this helps
