no, it can be done.. as i go along ill show u pics of what i do.. right now they are 4 days old.. another thing is to keep your cfls as close as u can to plant. that way they arent streching up for light.. im probably going to keep them on 18/6 lighting for 3 more weeks maybe 4... than switch to 12/12 to flower.. ill post a link to my journal on here when i start it

Well, you don't want to flower to early before sexual maturity, otherwise that leads to hermies. Usually plants get about a foot and a half before showing signs of sexual development.

You can't just say that height is usually the height considering there's so many things that people do to keep it short, along with different strains that don't grow as high and some that grow higher than normal.
