Small grow area HPS safety?

Would a 200-400w HPS be safe in a 16ft³ grow area with mylar-covered walls? Ventilation is ~60CFM. Thanks.

actually dude, you would be cool if you have a reflector for the lamp that's enclosed and permits air cooling. a 60 cfm fan would be fine. you will have changed the air out of ur room almost 4 times every minute. if u have co2 it would not be beneficial though. is this a 2x2x4? in other words 2 ft long by 2 ft wide by 4 ft high? if so u may be thinking of doing a sog or scrog because with that kind of light u are going to get some serious growth going with the other factors being good. keep in touch i'd like to know how it turns out man.
