small buds and all the hairs are already brown?

A gallon will hardly even wet the soil, let alone flush out a plant in the ground...If you want to flush the soil, 10 gallons + should start doing the trick.

dont sweat it. id say its pretty normal outdoors for the pistils to brown.

i think im gonna cut her down friday. she doesnt seem to be getting any bigger, and to me it looks like shes looking worse and worse everyday

looks like its still airy bud.
Here is pics of when mine were ready and a picture of the same bud a month before.
Hopefully when you flush then it will go back to health and continue to swell up with more white pistils.

DONT CUT HER DOWN YET YOU WILL REGREAT IT IF YOU DO. Keep watering with molasses and cut back any dead or dieing fan leafs as they are just eating up her energy trying to save themselfs. But do not cut off all the fan leafs. Water good maybe just a little bit more seeing she is outside and don't be scared to use a little more of the molasses. That will fatten them up nice

alright. i went and got the 30x-60x microscope from radioshack today. all i can say is wow. it was awesome looking at it and seeing all the trichomes. some of them looked like they were already amber color.

and since i started using molasses i have been doing 2 tablespoons to a gallon

man its raining.....again. wtf. is all this rain bad or will it be cool since its planted in the ground

please becareful flushin your plants, i flushed my plants about a week ago with the water hose. the ground is still wet and now my plants are drooping real bad, the soil isnt drying fast enough and my roots are gettin no air. i say leave how they are for a while no water, bcuz u say its been rainig so that should soak the ground and no nutes let her bounce back. you should also post a pic of how she looks to this day

i think your problem is the rain an mildew/mold? i have had that happen before when it gets rainy

looking bad, or at least to me. it rained hard again today. so i dont know. i cut one bud off and its drying now, pretty airy. trichomes are all clear looking

im gonna try a indoor cfl grow pretty soon

If its possilbe try to cover your plants up while its raining, it just washing away trichs and droppin water on your flowers, not good if its any kind of heavy or sustained rain, can cause all kinds of mould/mildew or bud rot later on....good luck, peace!

The funny thing is I have an outdoor bubba kush that has 2 tips of smaller side buds that the hairs have turned brown, theres tons of colas on it that look completely normal but 2 little sites that have brown crispy hairs. The think is for mine it shouldnt be anything systemic or I think other parts of the plant would show signs, but Im not sure what the cause of the brown hairs are....if theres anyone out there that does know that would be great, although with just two tiny little parts effected Im not all that concerned.
