Small brown spots, calmag issue?

Hi all, currently day 28 above ground I have 5 auto cheese cake, all in biobizz light mix, bac nutrients. I found a few leaves on a couple of plants that are starting to develop small brown spots. Is this the start of a calmag deficiency? Plant seems otherwise healthy.

I believe it is a calcium issue beginning...others will make conclusions as well.
