Slugs!!!

my bush garden has been getting attacked by slugs any pointers for a first timer??

Copper wire. or salt muah haha.

I second that. Also, make sure slugs can't get to your "bushes" from any other plants hanging around. Attacking them Muther Fu..... just before dark, or early morning with a salt shaker will slim down the herd too.

Yes, salt works dandy! It makes them sizzle!!!=O
Put some around your plants, but not too close to the stem, of course

copper tape

A real cheap solution: get some copper wire cut it up and roll it around the base of your plants. this will act as a "protective barrier" for your babes from the evil slug monsters. You could also go to your local garden shop or Home Depot etc. and pick up some slug bait, also relatively inexpensive and works wonders. Salt works too but it dissolves too quickly and you'll have to reapply it every couple days or so, salt is best used execution style, straight on the bastards. Or you could just use pots they have a hard time getting up there...

Put some beer in a dish and you have yourself some slug bait.

i tried the copper wire back in july and it worked like a charm. I used slub bait aswell to just to be sure. Thanks a million guys.
