So I planted a seed that I got from a purp nugg and a seed from a sour. Purp got planted on the 9 nov and sour on 24 nov. just wondering why they are taking a long time to vegg the bigger one is a random seed don't know. But it's vegging decently. Currently have 4 60w daylight cfls

I'm fairly knew at growing, but get yourself a 400w HPS bulb for those plants should be good after that.

Looking at your setup I see some easy fixes or at least easy improvements.

First replace the single bulbs with a y splitter reinstall the bulb and add another ( 1 6500k and 1 5000k this is the spectrum forget about daylight or soft white) and place the bulbs 2/3" over the plant, if this seems to be to hot , then move up 1" . Curly CFLs direct the to the side, so diagonal or horizontal mount those .

You can get a decent light setup on amazon for around 100 bucks, you need more lights. And tou could begin feeding depending on your soil. But you need some more lumens in there.
