Slow Growth whats going on here?

She is about 1 month old from cutting.
Under 12/12 lights. Same room is my flowering plant dont have another room so thats gotta be the lighting.
Sitting in a rockwool cube. 1/4 inch feeder tube to underside of rockwool.
Phd water at 6.5 have a ppm meter can check if needed.
I have used small doses of Shults Plant food 10/15/10.
I did put far to much in and died all my roots blue/green and rockwool its kinda recovered from that.

Im new to the water thing and trying to figure this out.

looks like you have some kind of lockout. u need to have your ph around 5.8. don't know about those nutes but i don't think they are formulated for hydro.

how would i go about correcting this? empty the res and just feed it fresh water? and what are some good hydro based nutes i can buy localy.

how long has it been under 12/12???

is that an aeroponic rig??? are you giving it breaks to breath?? you know 10 min of watering every 30-45 min?? cuz your plants need o2 at the roots

or it could just be your nuts, shultz has the basics but none of the micronutrients you need, youll need to spring for some foxfarm, or other such full nute supliment.

or it could be that u have weed gremlins

Rinse /flush,,, new nutes ....Ph'd at 5.7-5.8

Bubbleponic 3 airstones and a water pump with feeder tubes. everything is on 12/12 timeing besides the airstones those are on 24/7. i think the shultz is no good
