slow growth /clones

is this in early flower?took 2 lower branchs to clone vertical grow seems to have slowed. had above temps in march a cold week first of april? cheap fertilizer advise please

Well they look like they have been chewed on, and that at some point it started to flower and then revegged...this the weird shaped leaves, but what is the issue you are asking about precisely?
