No offense in what follows; we all start somewhere... But that plant will not survive unless a lot of changes are coming. It barely looks like a cannabis plant.
You need a smaller container, and to plan for a couple of transplantings. You need for the amount of soil to be more proportionate to the size of the plant so that you can let it dry out almost completely between waterings without starving the plant of water for too long. Start with fresh soil and you won't need nutes at all for the first few weeks. Get a lot more light in there, and if you're using cfls, get the right spectrum, and get them to within 1-2 inches of the plant. You need to circulate the air too. A light breeze will strengthen the trunk and help the leaves to breathe, along with cooling the bulbs.
Frankly, for the sickliness of the plant and the time & effort it will take to revive it, I would just snuff it and start over after you have read up on the basics and prepared a better environment. Even if you revive it, you will not get much out of it.
