Hey guys
i have a 60cmx60cmx140 grow tent (perfect closet bud box) with a 125watt envirolite CFl with a reflector

i have three early mistys in there, all female wooo :bigjoint:

they have been in flowering (12/12) for 6 weeks this coming saturday.

theres a s**t ton of pistils but the bud hasnt swollen or even starting to yet.

Im pretty worried as its taken a long time and theres not much production as of yet.

anything i can do?

The only thing I can think of would be, more light it might help. Other than that you just need to be patient. As hard as that is. IMO anyway.

your lighting is no good and not up for the job (not enough wattage).
you need an hps lamp(essential for flowering).
a 400W hps will do just nicely.

yes that will do fine to start but what wattage is your hps ballast???????.

LUDA.

you can grow respectable ass buds with a 250 watt hps plus your floro for side lighting the 250 is 28,500 extra lumens to w/e lil amount your floro has

He is saying get a 250 watt hps and keep it above the plants. Then take your CFL's and hang them on the sides of the plants to get lower in the canopy and side penetration. I use a 150w hps and 200 ACTUAL watts of CFLS in flowering.

a powerfull 400w/600w/1000w hps will penetrate the canopy just like the sun.
6 plants under 1 400w hps in a 4ft by 3ft closet (dual spectrum lamp).

absolutely perfect.
thats the bulb i use(400w growlux dual).
the growlux dual spectrum i use it gives amazing results and can be used from seedling to harvest.
no need for cfls or mh lamps.
one bulb does all.

I know there are some bashers but I use 100 watts of cfl per square foot of foliage and I keep the foliage in sections to make little pot pads. I normally achieve at a minimum good lighter sized buds and some good small undergrowth about 1 1/2 zips a plant but we are talking 400 true watts per plat abouts in hydro buckets

I also have a 400w hps but it is out of commision untill I can fund its ducting work its causes too much heat. cfls are ok by me for a while
