Sleeping Pills

I have some 50mg diphenhydramine hydrochloride. Would it be ok if I took two? The recommended use was one, but I wanna sleep not take a damn nap.

Yeah, you're fine. They're just the standard OTC sleep aids, there's two different kinds of antihistemines used. I bought the other kind because I take like 3 to sleep when I'm having trouble falling, and dihpenhydramine (sp?) makes me feel kinda loopy with 3. the other shit just puts me to bed.
