Skunk weed?

First time I ran into that skunk weed was also back in the late 70's or early 80's in Humboldt county. I was told it was called indica and was a strain from Afghanistan. AFGHAN INDICA. Had never heard of it before those mountains outside Meyers Flat. Truly did smell like the south end of a north bound skunk and was so very strong! Recently our last run had 4 or 5 strains, one called Tangie which was stronger than the other 4. Really like it.

I've heard cheese strains are quite skunky but I'm sure nothing could compare to the original road kill skunk.

That's around the same time I remember it showing up in the Portland area. We called it Humbolt County Indica or Skunk Bud. I don't know if it had anything to do with what many people refer to as Skunk but it was same damn fine weed.
