Six 3'x3' SCROG or Twelve 2'x2' SCROG

I may have a vacant room later on this year to set up for a legal grow. I mapped everything out to allow for space.

I could do one of two things
6 plants SCROG style with a 3'x3' Canopy
-or-
12 Plants SCROG with a 2'x'2' canopy

I am kind of leaning towards the 6 plants and popping them in 20 gallon smart pots. Thoughts?

okay have you topped or used fim yet? how long of veg? 20 gallon pots you growing trees? you cant fit 6 20 gallon pots uner a 3'x3' or is that meters? if meters okay. 1 7 gallon pot can fill up a 3ft x 3ft scrog if vegged 2 months maybe a bit longer.

I should have mentioned there would be 6 plants each with their own 3ft. X 3ft. SCROG screen. Or 12 plants=12 2ft.x2ft. Scrog screens. Timeframes are not the question, it's more of a question of which preference others would go with.

I was thinking 20 gal pots for the 6 plants, if too big 10 gal should be good to fill a 3x3 SCROG, I want thick stalks and nice fat buds. Yield is essential for me.
