How do I find the Control Panel or the Setting Control Panel?
Yes I read the FAQ.
Do I have to log off and then on again?

I'm not sure but maybe you are looking for "Forum Actions" in the top menu? there you find most settings for your account.

top of the page you will see several link buttons.."log out" "my roll it up" "Profile" "notifications"..should find what you're looking for there
