So what did you think of that method? Pretty quick to germinate eh..

How much veg time are you planning for the ak49?
 
I thought it was just the same as the paper towel but without the chance of letting the towel dry out. I will probably use this method in the future ...
They will be In veg for around four to five weeks :)

The auto anesthesia seems to be growing at a pretty rapid rate and my auto ak49 has germinated. Going to wait till I have a tad bit longer tap root before I plant her under the dome. So another day or two.

Hmm, wonder if I should get a higher ppm of colloidal silver and see if I can make some seeds? guess it wouldn't hurt anything..

actually, 100 of auto fem seeds don't sound bad at all. :wink:

I won't buy that just because of teh gimmicky labeling. I was unaware that shining a laser pointer through something counted as a selling point. I bet they're making a fortune selling that.

I got it because of other using it and having success with it. I figured why not for 16 dollars. Wont hurt to try at least.
 
My ak49 didn't make it.

Not sure what is going on here.... May be the temperature fluctuation we've been dealing with. Hard to keep everything at appropriate temps when its -6 degrees. I still have my anesthesia though.
 
Yea I do. Its just a reg heating mat. Seems if I keep it on low it keeps it nice and warm anything above the low setting seems to make it real hot.
 
My Ak 49 is slow as Fuc off the start ....
the big bud never made pushing I tit through the shell .... :/
well you can't complain !
 
I managed to figure out a pretty good system for germinating and sprouting my plants. I first use a cup of water till they germ, then I place them in a jiffy peat pellet. (I have to make sure I ring out the jiffy pellet after it expands.) After the seed is in the peat pellet I put it in a humidity dome on a reg heat mat on the low setting and it took 1 day to sprout.

After it sprouted I built a little veg box..

I have a total of 6 seeds germinating right now. This was the first one I tried when deciding to figure out a new method to sprout my seeds. I'm going to grow all the ones that sprout in little cups like this and sex them. Once I figure out the females I'll choose the best one and train the shit out of her till I can flower her in my tent.

Here is the Auto Anesthesia.. Shes doing well.. I should probably lower the light. But, I think I"ll keep it where it is for the time being... She doesn't seem to stretch so I think I'm good.

I kept everything at 80-82f the whole process.. Not sure what the humidity was in the dome, but I never needed to spray the lid so i'm guessing it was pretty high and the seed loved it. So I'm going to go ahead and say that it was the cold killing my seedlings. Well the ones that didn't get eaten. :lol:

Thanks... Yea, I'm glad to have sorted all that out. I am now 4 for 4... However, my friend called me earlier and said he found a seed in the blue dream that I gave to him. I'm completely out now and didn't find any.. So 1 seed out of an oz is pretty good...
 
Just a little update.


4 of 4 germinated and sprouted the other out of the other 2 one germinated, but I didn't plant it. I will more than likely be going to get the BD seed from my friend in a little bit.. Yay, a 35mile drive for a seed. :roll: The things I do. :lol:
