I personally refuse to pay an arm and a leg for dirt, no matter what is mixed inside. Although I have no comparison, I feel this is a great base mix for approx. 1 cu. ft. of supersoil and is what I am currently using.

3.25 Gallons Peat Moss
1 Gallon Perlite
1 Gallon Coco
1.25 Gallon Worm Casting
0.5 Mushroom Compost(could just add extra worm castings)

To this I add:

1 cup espoma biotone(Hydrolyzed Feather Meal, Pasteurized Poultry Manure, Cocoa Meal, Bone Meal, Alfalfa Meal, Greensand, Humates, Sulfate of Potash, and Sulfate of Potash Magnesia.)

1 cup espoma plant tone(Hydrolyzed Feather Meal, Pasteurized Poultry Manure, Cocoa Meal, Bone Meal, Alfalfa Meal, Greensand, Humates, Sulfate of Potash, and Sulfate of Potash Magnesia)

2 Tablespoons Blood Meal
4 Tablespoons Bone Meal
2 Tablespoons Kelp Meal
2 Tablespoons Azomite
10 tablespoons lime

After this base mix is made the supersoil ingredients are added. Using 1/12 of the original recipe amounts

2-4 pounds worm castings
0.42 pounds or 189 grams Blood Meal(approx 12 liquid ounces)
0.42 pounds or 189 grams Bat Guano(approx 6 liquid ounces)
0.42 pounds or 189 grams Bone Meal(approx 12 liquid ounces)
1 Tablespoon Epsom Salt
1.5 Tablespoons Dolomite Lime
1 Tablespoon Azomite
Pinch or 2 of Humic Acid
Sprinkle of Mykos

Hope this helps some people in making their own supersoil at a decent price and still get dank results without using overpriced or unavailable pre mixed soils.

For the base mix, I based my amounts of espoma products by the label strength. The bone, blood, and kelp additives were based off a simple organic mix, called lc's mix recipe #1

RECIPE #1

If you want to use organic nutrients like Blood meal, Bone meal and Kelp meal...

1 tablespoon Blood meal per gallon or 1/2 cup per cubic foot of soil mix
2 tablespoons Bone meal per gallon or 1 cup per cubic foot of soil mix
1-tablespoon kelp meal per gallon or 1/2 cup per cubic foot of soil mix
With this recipe, all you need to do is add plain water until harvest.

If you breakdown my recipe, you can see I use lc's recipe for 2 gallons, and planttone for approx 4-5 gal's
