I have a lot of experience with this set up.
Perfect 4 hobby fun grow.

I used to use the cfl spots in a set up like that. Cabinet grow with a home built 4 place socket holder board lol, it worked well I have to say. Nice post OP.

4x4 is fine pending temperature management

Tons of light for the area, small wall mounted fan keeps temps just right.
