Silly question, but i wanna know the answer :D

So i wanna ask a silly question just out of plain curiosity.
Right so say you have a nice grow room filled with lights, those lights act as artificial sun for plants. But is it the same for your skin ? if you spent enough time in your grow room working nears the lights would you get a tan ?
It would be kinda awesome if you did

Guess i'll have to put my shades on when i go in there next it can be a bit bright at times.

Yes. You can. You can probably also get skin cancer or melanoma or something

Especially with MH. you have to be careful of the inner UV filter that lines the bulb. Don't break that. They put out so much UVA and B that they have that liner in them.
