sideways seedling?

Hello,
So i planted my seeds and everything seemed to be going well, plant is growing up nicely, looking healthy and everything. Then this evening when i went to check on them one of my seedlings is basically sideways. Its like it fell over or something along these lines. So what i did was made up a little something to help hold it up strait and hopefully it will go back to normal. I guess i am just looking for any suggestions or any help someone can offer to me?

My set up is CFL lights, about 300 watts total for two plants. They are about 5-6 inches away from the light, i know people say closer but this is what i have to work with.

Thanks for the help.

You can stake em or rope it to prevent from growing and stretching sideways. CFL is okay. but you may need to cover use mylar so the light reflects and reaches even the bottom portion. god for light distribution.

If the seedling is falling over, it isn't doing well.

Irregardless of how far away the lights are, it should be able to stand on its own.

Can you post pics? Without seeing anything, might be overwatering.
