Mid to late August in my area for flower. Depending on your seasons you may want to look at doing a light dep . Starts flower earlier in the season so you don't run out of good weather before the snow. I am assuming you are growing outdoors ? Do you have winter there ?

Is it in a place where it might be getting light at night ? Yard light , streetlight ?

I have always felt like outdoor plants take longer to transition because of the very gradual lowering of sunlight over weeks instead of jumping straight to 12/12 like indoor would be

This is my first year outdoor growing and it seemed like forever between the time when I saw my first pistils and when I truly would say buds were truly set. They for sure don't seem to behave like an indoor plant but like mentioned above the light change isn't as abrupt either. I'm just as worried as you are, I have an 11 week flowering Blue Dream and an October 17 frost date to beat. I should be coming in with a week to spare but I have no idea at this point. Just try to be patient and keep your plant as healthy as possible and be sure it's completely dark at night with no neighboring light pollution. Good luck with the wait.

Do you have a picture of the plant? You need about 14.5 hours of darkness to initiate flowering outside, if i remember corectly

It will happen be patient. I have 8 plants, 5 different strains. Currently only 4 are budding, the GG and OD are taking their time. It will happen soon.
