Shriveling Leaves

I just accidentally did this yesterday to a transitioning plant in ocean forest. I fed too early. It's nute stress. It doesn't look advanced. Just water only when dry. And if you are constant feed use less.

The lady's in cube 6x6 inch cube. She sleep in 3x3 tray.
That's quite small, less than one gallon. I'm betting she is getting root bound and possibly root rot is starting. How long has she been in flower?

Edit: NM, I see you said at the top two weeks in. Honestly, I would loosen her up and slide her out of the pot just to get a look at her root mass. They should be all pearly white. Consider potting her up into a 3 gallon.
