My camera is currently unavailable, BUT i have noticed from the very beginning of growth from seedlings that there is a waxy film on the bottoms of my stems

they fell off one one of the plants, and 2 of them still have a bit of a waxy film.

now.... one of the plants, the waxy film turned bumpy.... its kinda weird that there are little bumpy waxy little things on the bottom of one of my plant stems...

im hoping its not a fungus infection or anything like that.... i am going to post pics asap, but i was wondering if anyone who possible has any waxy bottomed stems (kinda like a silk worm coming out of its exoskeleton lol), or bumpy, if you could post some pics of it so i could compare in the mean time...

i will post my pics soon

thanks in advance :)

ps... if a plant does have a fungus infection, how can i get rid of it...

if ididnt get rid of it and the plant survives alright and gets to flowering, is the bud infected bud and bad to smoke?

2 wk old stem, Is it almost clear and transparent when it comes off and very light? If so I wouldn't worry about it.

My Yumbolt beans grow a thick layer of this that almost looks like a plastic staw around the stalk. Worry not it's a good thing.

:blsmoke:Outside this would be the plants natural defence against ground mold. I heard that but not to sure on the credibility.

I started this in a window sill with just mircle grow with moisture control and self fertilizing. It went in the ground on 4/1/2008 . I swear by this soil and will use it in the future for sure. I feed it mircle grow tomato plant food all summer and just went to a half strength mixture of bloom buster in another week i will go full strength. The shit on the bottom of your plants is nothing to sweat..:eyesmoke:

yea one of my plants had three bumps just like yours then i coverd them i repotted and they turned to root. how old is ur plant?

one month old plant.... its in rockwool...

maybe i should put more pellets inside? is it good for those roots to come out.. i'm assuming so, more roots = better.... but i dont know if my pot is going to let me raise the level of pellets that high haha

Yeah thats norml...looks healthy just some roots poping out to help hold her upright haven't saw that since my girl made me go organic, must be a Hydro thing?....

i guess its a hydro thing.... and there is nothig i can do about it unless ig et taller pots... and i just got the pots that i have now!! rrrg

Your fine its completly normal, but you are being a good parent for keeping a close eye on ur babies.

Buddabuddy be careful with that pic, a pedofile just got arrested for posting a picture with a young boy on the internet(Disgusting) anyways he swirled his face like you did but someone unswirled it and they were able to bust him. Be careful when you do that they have tricks to undo it, just lookin out bro.
