Hello RUI , Thought I would post a little bit on my first grow. Im currently growing two bagseeds , which currently 24 days into flowering .

Been growing these girls using rainwater , I currently dont have a ph meter just yet and thought that would help using rain-water.

Cab = 30h x 30w x 18d
lighting = CFL x 3 14w 2700k , 3 24w 2700k , 1 42w 2700 (same for veg , 6500k though)
Temps = Have been a pita , mid summer , Night low 73 f , daytime High 90 f , or with the door open its 83 f
Currently started feeding Cal-mag and Molasses , which has seem to help the one plant with is def.

Heres a picture of cabinet.

And the Girls , notice how the2st picture isnt cotton-topped like the other , any ideas , they have grown up together using all the same everything.

and the other , which had some kind of Def , and lost most of what little bit of leaves it had.

Lmk what you all think.

I will play!

Bag seed of an unknown strain. Started for a contest that is no longer! Day time temps are around 110-120 degrees and night time is a mystery! Organic re-amended soil water only accept for some molasses and liquid seaweed.

Day 46 of flower and looks tasty..... Yes pic is with HPS on.

Those temps are indoors!! Outside is in the mid to upper 90's.. Not really showing signs yet. We have had a few wind storms over the last 3 weeks that took out a ton of pine trees along with the power. I forgot to re-set my fan timers and the lights had not been cooled while on! I couldn't understand why my A/C was not cutting it any longer until I noticed the duct's not vibrating. :wall:

Looks great. Why trimming/cutting lower leaves on the one plant?

I didnt , that plant didnt produce many leaves to begin with , then lost most due to def or some sort , rusty spots , curling up , tips flaking away crispy dead. I got some cal-mag and it seemed to help , though this morning it appears to coming back? Kinda wierd since both plants recieved the same everthing , was thinking it was from a fan blowing directly on it , not sure.

Direct air on plants is fine IMO. I always have a breeze blowing just across the plant tops mostly to blow away the heat from the lights.

I run fans blowing on my girls also! The movement of the plant causes it to strengthen its self! Too much wind can cause some burn though!

Figured it up to be wind burn for the one plant, it was right by the ice-box which was blowing colder air up from underneath , while the temps above canopy was in the high 80s to 90.

Makes sense and after more research on wind burn , is almost exact . Starts out rust spots , then drying tips , and extreme is upwards curling.

But it seems to be filling out well. Curious though if I should cut the wind burnt leaves off or let it take its course?

And I fixed my heat issue , by going with a passive intake , which allows the bulb heat to rise and exhaust. Staying at 83 - 85 a little better and RH around 40- 50 %

I leave the leafs on until they come off when gently tugged on! My understanding is that the plant is using it as food.
