having a small room/tent with a passive air intake and exhaust w/ carbon would be ideal. the answer, yes, you should.

I plant on setting up a wardrobe cabinet to dry in, next to my flowering tent. Passive intake, 4 inch pc fan to exhaust into flowering room to use the carbon filter in there to finally exhaust out the window. Make sense?

No reason not to. more air circulation is better especially if it's not direct to the drying buds. an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure, and there's no cure for mold on your drying buds.
