I've looked and looked and I haven't been able to find an answer. I have 3 seeds planted and they are about 1wk to 2days old soil since first cracking and I have my lights on 12-12 since it's the winter time and I don't want them to get too cold during the night. Is this okay?

obviously it's common sense. that's why the lights are on. I wasn't sure if they needed to be 1-3 inches away or what time cycle they should be on. Or which on/off setup is favorable. Your face isn't making common sense to the thirst worms that dig the brain holes of my mind.

Despite what the others have said, I have, with my own eyes, seen a marijuana plant, from seed, grow to at least 2 inches (last time I saw it, since it wasn't mine) inside of a closet with no lighting. And of course these were transplanted soon after to an area with proper lighting. So I personally believe that they can be grown without lighting for a few days, just turn the lights on when they come out of the ground.

yea but if you have a light its best to put it over the plant.......and you should have asked a proper question if you wnated an accurate answer!!!
