the one on the right is just starting to flower and im wondering if i should trim the fan leaves? they overlap and cover some of the bud sites
Should i trim and how?

the leafs are what supply the food for the buds u cut the leafs u cut off a food source the more u cut the more chance of smaller yeild just leave em

ight thanks man, you know how much longer i should expect for the one on the left? i can see pretty developed white hairs in bud clusters in several locations, they popped up about 2 weeks ago

well outdoors you will have to wait until the sun cycle changes in 12 hours of day and 12 hours of night before it will really start to flower so unless you are prepared to bring them indoors to flower them then you will have to wait tll end of summer. they will be huge by then!

if you can bring them inside or cut some clones to speed up the process here's some advice

its give it around 50 days from start of flowering and then start to really decide that week when you want to chop. invest in a handheld microscope to check out them trichromes. when more than 50% and milky white and starting to turn amber you should prob cut it soon.

give it 6-8 weeks after you start to see prominent white hairs depending on strain of course

i wouldn't trim outdoors either never underestimate the sun!

the one on the left is well into flowering and i see white hairs out the ass, the one on the right has the hairs and budsites but isnt as far into it as the left. I planted in January and the sun hit 12/12 but now the days are getting longer so i honestly dont know what to expect

it will revert to veg if you leave it outside or dont cover it so it still gets the proper floweringdark period. like was said b4, never cut healthy fan leaves, they are by far the most important part of the plant when it comes to making energy to put into the buds.....

What if i just decide to be patient and let nature take its course? since theyre both confirmed females can i just sit back and relax and wait on them to be ready even if it involved reverting back to veg and flowering later?

yep, pretty much so. they will return to vegging after a few weeks of being exposed to the days getting longer. then veg and flower as normal pretty much, just a little behind schedule.

sounds good to me haha, you think it will hurt the yeild or potency any?

Not at all, a revegged girl can actually become quite the bushy monster, as each calyx turns into a new shoot. I've seen some people clone flowers, just to get monster bushies.

thanks for the answers man, im in central florida, i was just wondering what month should i expect to harvest my plants?

hell yes, patience is really starting to pay off..if it means massive yeilds im down to wait as long as i have to for my first grow to reach its best =) i really appreciate the answers, i got a master kush sprout that i planted on Easter so im expecting that to become a monster by October?

if all goes well she will be, maybe even ready to harvest. Late october early november is when outside plants usually are ready up here.

So if i have 2 mature plants now and 2 mk sprouts should i just expect to harvest them all around the same time this fall? (that would be AWESOME) :weed:
