You should trim the lower 1/3 of the plant. That will improve air circulation and help keep pests and mold off of the plant. It will also stimulate upward growth. The lower leaves are not getting much light anyway. It will not stress it much.
You can use the lower trimmings for clones. They have the most root hormone concentration any way. Use cuttings with at least 3 nodes after trimming.....
usually means there over or underwatered or stessed,,,,if they were droopy before you watered then now youve watered they should start to perk back up soon,,usually after you water they will droop for a while too,,,you have been ph'ing ya water right?
