I just baught a water farm hyrdoponic system and transplanted my little 4 inch plant into it and it recently died (I think becuase of shock). So instead i baught some little pellets and when they grow i will transplant them. I didnt buy rockwool cause either i have to buy it online or go 40 minutes out of my way to get em, and i was in a hurry. Please help the beginner:cry:

peat pellets can screw your system up badly but if the drip system isn't directed onto the pellet and it is kept it it's little netting you should be able to pull it off, worse comes to worse get a filter for your pump just to be safe.

You can use peat pellets to get your seeds started. They are easy to transplant. It depends on what medium you are going to use when you switch them over. I used Coco-coir and it worked just fine. I prefer the Rapid Rooters however. Do not leave the nets on peat pellets. It will slow down your root growth. VV
