I am supposed to get off probation on the 7th. I have not done anything wrong until last week. I am on felony probation for a non violent crime

I got arrested for “failure to comply” and “resisting arrest” after supposedlyI wouldn’t stop on my
Motorcycle even though I was stopped.— I was told I didn’t have license plates is why he told me to stop after I turned on my bike.
I was at a accident scene a friend had a wreck and the cop came up to me and didn’t say anything until I started my bike he said stop and ripped me off my bike without letting me make any decisions to turn it off and get off.
I got charged with failure to comply with order by not stopping even though I was stopped and also resisting arrest even though I wasn’t because I was fully geared in my motorcycle gear and the cops started struggling pulling me around after I was pulled off my bike when a bunch more ran Up to me.
I plan on fighting the charges but I’m wondering if I should tell my PO or just stay quiet and maybe she won’t notice since it’s my
Last time seeing her this week and I get off in 6 days. I haven’t been to court yet I have to go on the 8th, after I get off probation. I was arrested and released after the motorcycle incident. Just wondering advice to tell her or stay quiet and maybe she won’t know

Your PO probably already knows or will very soon. If you got arrested your PO will now for sure as it will automatically be reported to them. The courts will also know that you were on Probation when you go to face new charges regardless if you you iff by the time you go to court.
You need to get legal representation asap.

I was stopped on my bike at an accident. I didn’t think they were gonna rip me off my bike for just turning it on lol.
Anyways. I talked to my PO today and she said I could just come in Friday to have my last visit and I get off the 7th. At first she thought I already got off. I think I’m just gonna pull a “back injury” card and go to the hospital and say I hurt my back at work and that way I will have a valid excuse to why I couldn’t make it and then it will be the weekend I get off probation. I’m going to ask her to fax me the paper work when I get to the hospital I’ll tell her I’ll sign it and fax it back. maybe that might work I’ve been thinking.
