Should i start Flowering now?or no?

Ok so my planted are currently 2 weeks from seed.Growing well,a little slower then im used to with cfls during veg but im using a 400 watt hps now might be the reason but idk.I want to get to the harvest as soon as possible because i get paranoid ( smoking to much ) lol.I got a homeamde carbon filter that i want to try out i got it out of a thread n ehre it looks REALLY good.Ill post some pics on here of the plants from yesterday.LEt me know what you think,at most id veg another week but yea forgot to mention the AK47 is looking droop the first 2 leaves are drooping down new growth is fine.is it overwatering?or what?cant be underwatering thats for sure.btw im growing ak47 serious seeds,lsd barneys farms,and royal queens special kush #1

you answered our own question. You say you want to harvest asap, put them on 12/12 asap.

It's hard to tell about your AK with the sepia colored pictures, but may be over watering, you don't need to water seedlings so much, hope that helps, and I believe it's good to practice letting them wait for water to see where their limits are at, that way you will get a better feel of when to water and how much.
 
how well would they do under a 400 Watt HPS do you think?+ rep for any opinions.I named the strains above,and id flower as long as needed!!!i just wonder what type of yield im looking at if the 3 plants stay alive and produce good.

Ive posted alot but never really had chances to flower plants so another question is do i go str8 to 12-12 or do i give a dark period or something?i read u give 24-36 hours of dark then start the flower cycle.so i was jsut wondering
 
yeah, you could go ahead and give it 24 hours of dark but at this stage they would just stretch really bad, I would just start 12/12 right off the bat.
and 400 watt HPS is pretty damn sexy. you're good, bro.
 
Your plants are all going to be different sizes, you may want to put some fence or chicken wire/ scrog grow them. stick strings or wires across your walls or build something you'd like to keep them at even heights. or you could top them, I would attempt a scrog in this situation, it looks perfect
 
can u top during flower?or no,cause they arent ready to top quite yet.idk what id use for the scrog i dont have any materials besides fishing line and i bet thatd be very hard lol.thanks for the help too.
 
forgot to mention i have left over window screen from the carbon filter,could htat be used for scrogging or are the holes in it too thin for the light to go through?
 
My opinion is 2 weeks from seed is not a long enough veg time to yield a worthwhile crop. Give them at least 2 more weeks and you'll dramatically increase your harvest. My guess if you flowered those plants now 2 weeks from seed you'd be wasting your time.
 
well people go 12-12 from seed,wouldnt vegging 2 weeks be better then going 12-12 from seed?j.w thanks for the input btw.
 
Those plants would still veg under 12/12 until they are mature. 12/12 is ideal for this guy and his situation and goals.... the difference in the yield isn't going to be that much different and it's just going to really be a waste of at least 2 more weeks of time

Thanks for the info,I gave you rep.so idk if u didnt read that post about the aluminum window screen I have.would that work for SCROG?if not i guess i can always jsut top!

why would you say ideal and whats his goal really to have some kind of yield for what he will get and power food and time wasted just go out and buy your self a bag of weed then IMO you need min 12" plant for any decent worth while yield

Decided to give it another week at least until flowering.want to top before i flower,hopefully they grow enough within another week to top them at least.cant wait till they are 12 inches but hopefully arent 7-8 inches wihch should be decent enough.Anybody know what might be wroing with my AK47?the one with the droopy leaves on the first page first post?i was thinking overwatering but im not quite sure havent grown in AWHILE

I see why your name isn't dr.weed, there are a whole lot of 12/12 from seed grows with substantial yields. this guy says he wants to harvest asap. so what the hell are you mad for :( and the stuff you speak of is false
