Should I separate these seeds

Hopefully someone that has done some breeding can assist. I purchased my WW beans and grew some and got a male and female in my last crop. I let him knock her up and now I have seeds(yay). I am not looking to start breeding anytime soon but if I can do a little prep work now I will, hence not chopping males when found. I would like to know(theoretically of course) how different are these seeds going to be? Would I be ok putting them into my current WW seed stash that I purchased or should I separate them as if they were a new seed in my collection?

I would think if you bought a stablized strain that when the male pollenates the female you will keep the strains traits. It's when the get pollenized by another strain you can get several pheno types from grandparents that were breed to get the 2 different plants in the first place. I grew out some bagseed I got from some killer shit a few years ago. One was a sativa with skunky buds, one was a more indica and covered with crystals, The third was a cross but made huge buds that wern't very potent. When you buy from a grower you will get a more stabilized genetics. I don't see a need to seperate them if they came from your same seed pack...
