Should I run my waterafrm for a week

Should I run my waterfarm for a week before adding my seedling.
I seen other growers run the system with just ph water.
Or does it really matter?

I could see doing that for new equipment to help leach out any chemicals from the production process. I'm a soil grower though so not solid advice.

I would. At least 3 days. Its a good way to do a pre systems check on the function of everything also.
