What is the attitude toward weed where you live? Around here, you can walk down the street, sit in the park, outdoor restaurant, basically anywhere you can smoke a cig, you can toke a Jay. But that's Oklahoma.
Here in Oregon you can sit down and bake a meth pipe in a park, sitting on the sidewalk, and many other places and nobody is going to do anything not even the cops. All they can do is give you a ticket here for personal use. Oregon decriminalized small amount, personal possession of meth, heroin, cocaine, basically all drugs. Cops just drive by people in Portland because it's a waste of time to write a ticket when the person isn't going to pay it and face no penalties.

I could take anyone around Portland and be at a prime meth smoker watching site in minutes. You don't even need binoculars as you can get pretty close without spooking them. I've watched them try to scatter but they usually have bags of crap with them and while they're scurrying around stuffing all their junk in their bags they forget what they're doing. If you stay still they'll go back to their meth smoking and picking at scabs forgetting you're even there.

I wish I was making that up but I'm not. :(

Sounds likes someone describing wildlife on a National Geographic documentary

I was gonna write that exact sentence!!

xtsho should give tours
Here's a quick tour. It's really all you need to see as the rest of the city is the same. It used to be such a beautiful city. It's starting to come back but so are the idiots. Just the other night the protesters were back marching down MLK smashing windows and starting fires.

I took light rail downtown last week here's a couple pictures from the train. I was going to try and get some up close of the meth monsters but I was walking around by myself and I didn't bring my taser. Some of them are pretty whacked out. I felt it best to avoid any possible confrontation while on foot by myself. It's not that I was scared but I didn't feel like having to beat some freak down defending myself.

This one is right on the water. Literally.

Here's a nice campground across the river in Vancouver WA. These are all meth users and thieves. Property crimes have skyrocketed there as well. People can't leave anything outside. They'll steal bikes, barbecues, break into cars, accost women and children. It's really gotten out of hand and the cops don't do a damn thing except drive by. But they're hands are tied due to the idiots running the city being more concerned about the criminals being homeless than the victims of their crimes. These are the unemployable homeless with rotten teeth and meth sores all over. They can't pay rent because they would rather do meth than get a job. Most are so far gone there's no coming back and living a normal life.
