No.
You might consider putting tape around those clear containers..........roots don't like light.........that's why they grow underground.
Also, getting them out of those oblong containers will be a challenge.
I would wait until they're this size before transplanting.

If somebody wants to view root development in a small container the way to go is to get red solo cups and clear solo cups and put the clear cup with soil inside a red cup.
