Should I harvest my 9 week old R.Q Bluematic & 8 week StarRyder

This is my first grow so I'm not sure when to harvest the 2 starryders & the bluematic r grown in 3 &5 gallon pots using dyna grow nutes under 500 watts mixed spec cfls I started flush 6 days ago I prefer couch lock weed so at what time should I pick them

you should leave em 2 more weeks for that couch lock effect
if you have a scope you can see when there are amber trichomes; more amber = more couchlock

Yeah, I've heard that the longer you wait, and the more you let the trichomes develop the more of a "body high" (couch lock). Or maybe its the other way around. It has to do with the shape of the trich; there is the shaft, and then the top part that looks like the mushroom cap. The top part is what gets you really high, not sure if its cbd's or cbn's, but it can at least point you in the right direction for research.

I saw a post from someone on here a while ago talking about how growers should gauge which high they like more, head or body, and use that to determine when to harvest. It was based off of the whole "structure of the trichome" thing I was talking about.

I can't wait to start getting some harvests and playing around with that, lol. Dammit I wish I could get my ballast today.

We smoke the same I pick late to get stoned. You have about 14-20 days left you want more amber tric's for couch lock. I try for 60/40 amber/cloudy

Thanks everybody does my grow seem to b lookin pretty good for a cfl grow it looks good to me but I don't have anything else to compare it to seeing I was a total grow virgine lol I will be posting pics every couple days & will put harvest photos up to. Does any1 know where to get a scope there r no hydro stores wher I live

It happens funny thing is it was cool to go back and look at my first grow and how far I've come over the past few years. thanks for the trip Down memory lane
