I was just wanting some feedback form the guys online here. I am wondering if i should flip. They have been in dirt for 21days and some of them are definitley ready but some of the others are a bit small yet. i know 3 weeks is the norm, but i have gone over 4 before.
Whatcha think.

Thanks. i have put alot of time and effort into it. I started with barely anything and a few good buddies willing to help out. I will be pretty good and self sustained after this run. i was given a RO filtration system and that should help with the lock out problems i have been having. I am really lucky to know the people i do, and where i live. And being where im from, (tip of the emerald triangle) i am meeting more and more people every week it seems. People who can get things, its great. sometimes you gotts count your blessings and be fortunate for the people you know.....but anyways, back to biz.....

I think I could go up another 36 inches. the room in 8'. I could remove the palets underneath for another 4", and i could alway ben the tops. i have been pinching them to help the lowers catch up and slow the tops down. its a well known local purple strain. it doesnt get much height really. I can show some pics of my last harvest, it should get a bit taller than the last run.,
here is the last run right at harvest. this should help with getting an idea about height.

Taller is not always better HID Light loses it's brightness very quickly as you move from the source unlike the sun well it does too but were not leaving the planet right. Also matters what srain you have is it a short squat plant or a real strecher, if you don't know maby it is time to flip and see what happens. BTW good job they are looking healthy and happy and hope you are too.

I guess one of my concerns was that I had somewhat of a nute lockout due what i think was moist soil and low PH. I was wanting to postpone the flip till the plants got healthier. But they look ok I guess. fairly new to this and wanted some opionions.
I was told the strain was Purple Urkel. i also have been told that it was Purple Kush, it was extremely potent and sticky (you can see the color in the photos where they are hanging upside down). I know its a shorter strain. I super cropped it last time i think I am gonna leave some of the big leaf for photosynthesis this time.
What do you guys think about leaving some big leaf compared to surper cropping.?
Is it better to leave the leaf higher on the shoot, so that the nutrients travel to the top of the bud?
i have heard this

anybody know more about super cropping and bid leafing?
I thought super cropping was when you takle all the leaves off...to conserve energy for the flowers only

supercropping is pinching stems to control canopy and induce more main budsites. Nice grow and setup. You are lucky, I wish I lived in a positive grow community.

If I had the room you do I might veg a week or so more, but you know your strain, so if your gut says flip, then flip.

Id say give em 1 to 2 more weeks you cant get them so big because they dont really have where to go sideways that is because of the space restriction. They are indicas so they wont stretch so much. Its just I see the lower branches havent opend up yet. I am more into less plants more yield but thats just me.

Thanks. I decided to trim some more of the rip rap off the bottom and flip them. I remember them being about this big last grow when i flipped. i got about 2.5 oz per plant. So i think I will again at least. we shall see. i will post more as i go.

nice.... whats that on your walls? would like to get some for mine...
its called R-max..I got it at home depot. Its insulation. But the trick is, its like plywood. It comes in 4x8 sheets like plywood. Its clear silver foil film on one side, fiberglass in the middle, and white on the back with the writing. i bought it in the 1/2" thickness..its about $12 per 1/2".....$18 for 1" and it comes in 1-1/2 and 2". I thought the 1/2 would be fine. Its 4 foot tall so its the perfect height. I just used some roof nail washers.(you can use bottle caps)and a screw to hold them up and foil tape for them and the seem for looks and some reflective properties. it cuts well with a surrated steak knife.
I would suggest it. For you i would get 2 sheets and cut through the white side half way through. bend to a 90* and make a square.(you only have a couple plants right) Tape the two peices together on one side and leave the others so you can work on your plants. its not the best (flat white paint is) but it does help with climate control and reflective.
