Should I flip to 12/12 or wait?

I transplanted these 16 days ago into a 5 gallon pot of OF. The one in the back left is the biggest so far and I had to give it's first dose of growbig yesterday. The others are on plain water still. They're under a 600 MH, it's about 4 feet over them right now, I raised it because I got a little too happy with putting the light close and started a very minor bit of burning, I'm raising the light for a few days to compensate for it. I had the light about 20" away, moved it down to about 15", they didn't like that. How much longer should I wait before flipping to 12/12? one more week?

The 2 in the back are UK Cheese from Southern oregon seeds and the front are Kush-n-cheese from dinafem

I would flip asap by looking at the available space. Nice choice with 5 gallon pots thay can make nice plants and they may bush out to the sides and crowd each other. People say you shouldn't flower with Metal Halides don't listen to that BS. They make dense nugz. I hope you have a sweet harvest.

I think I was planning on switching out for a HPS once I flip, but last time I did that my plants started yellowing because it's so much more lumens

I would flip immediately, that is about the size I flip and I can see how much lateral room you have left. (Not much).

If it were me I'd do some LST right now, tie or bend some branches out to help with symmetry aand height, and flip immediately.

All you want is wall to wall leaves and you are damn near there. I got a couple grows in my sig showing development from about that size (in a 5 X 5 room if you want to check them out.

Damn fine looking plants by the way.
