Taking a poll to see what the RIU community thinks. I have this sorry looking bagseed plant that was fucked by the heatwave we had this summer. It went 12/12 from seed and was looking healthy but almost 3 straight weeks of temps 93-108 in the grow room really fucked it. It has very little resin on it and most major fan leaves have been dropped. It's a very light green. It looks very sativa and might have as much as 7 weeks left. I could finish this plant out or I could get my next grow started. For the next grow I have some nirvana Pure Power Plant and Papaya. I also have a new exhaust fan that should prevent further heat issues.

Here's a pic of the current plant.

wtf did you do to that plant? those temps are way too high! you dont wanna pluck off any fan leaves if possible, try cranking the AC on, or buying more fans

Going 12/12 from seed and then hitting those temps i think you might just want to cut your losses and fix up your grow and start again.

well, those ladies look cooked!! i would concider those ladies a loss. sorry dude, but i dont think those plants are worth the electricity they use. i personally would start over because u dont have a whole lot of "plant" left to work with there to try and save.

Thanks guys. That is what I was leaning towards anyways, there's plenty of pistils but very little resin visible anywhere on the plant. The leaves are gnarly looking, but not in a good way. They twist and curl in all kinds of unnatural directions. All the major fan leaves have fallen off and nothing is truely green. More of a yellowed lime color. Just wanted someone to agree with me before I cut the bitch down. Can't wait to get everything going for the next round. Really don't think I will have any problems on this next grow. Well there's always some kind of problem, but no major problems like the heat I had to deal with this time.

it sucks to have to cut em down but it would be next to pointless to continue with them. just got to lick ur wounds and start over.

agreed man. No point in waiting two months to harvest less than an ounce of shit when in three months I could get a qp or more of something I'll actually look forward to smoking.

no!!!!! use the bag seed to test out your new exhaust system for a couple of weeks. otherwise your genetics have a chance of getting toasted if you don't get it right.
