Should I discard of this plant? Idk what's wrong with it but if this is fungus I don't want it to infect my other plants..

I think it looks like it has been overwatered; random necrosis in the lower leaves. Nute burn is going to be in the tips. OP what is that tinfoil in the pot, hopefully you didn't line the whole container like that and it can drain?
