Thank you, for the soil I'm using miracle-gro potting mix and some soil from the yard. I water it every time I see the soil getting dry, I use distilled water not sure what the pH is sorry, I also read somewhere that I can use miracle-gro fertilizer so I spray I time to the soil every time I water maybe I'm doing wrong.well, don't cut anything off yet.
answer these questions.
what kind of soil is that, how much of what are you feeding them,at what ph? what kind of light are you using, and what is the rh and temp of your grow area?
that doesn't look like a very big pot, it could probably stand to be repotted into a pot at least twice that size, three times would probably be better.
why are you throwing stems in the pot? don't you have a trash can?
really i think you might be having some issues with it being root bound, try repotting it into a bigger pot, and look at the roots when you're doing it, make sure they're healthy looking
I make my own medium. 1-1-1 peat coco perlite then amend with dolomite and feed thru the water. I get a lot more for my money that way. But you have to let it set moist for several weeks a before you use. I see a lot of people talk about fox farms ocean forest but I know nothing about that. You need to check out hempy buckets.Thank you everyone
Any recommendations for a good soil?
I've been spraying on time to the soil every time I water it. But almost everybody agrees that MG its crap so I stopped doing it. I'm thinking on transplanting it to a better soil I just need to find the right one since all I have close by here is home depot.Do you spray your plant as it looks like water damage to me. Or burning from the MG crap.
Distilled or reverse osmosis water has no real pH of it's own so you don't have to check pH until you've added something like nutes to the water.I use distilled water not sure what the pH is sorry
That won't hurt nothing either. My bad for the stems on the soil I didn't think I could be bad for the plant.
Hi everyone. I end up just cutting some of the bad leaves off and left it in the same pot. I also topped it and it seams to be looking betterHelp! what's wrong with my plant?
It's my first, thanks in advance.View attachment 4137626 View attachment 4137627 View attachment 4137626 View attachment 4137627
If you used miracle gro potting mix WITHOUT adding more nutes, and WITHOUT mixing it with yard dirt then you shouldnt have a problem. MG is already hot, You will ruin the balance and overfertilize itThank you, for the soil I'm using miracle-gro potting mix and some soil from the yard. For lighting I only have for now a single 15 watt cfl, the rh over here base on the whether is 84 in the mornings and 62 in the afternoon, I don't have a humidity meter so I don't know the rh in my house, the temperature I always keep it at 72.
I can definitely get a bigger pot but wouldn't that make the plant grow bigger too?I'm not looking for that I want a small plant.
My bad for the stems on the soil I didn't think I could be bad for the plant.
In general I know everything is a mess I don't know how it even made it so far.
Thanks again for the help.
