I don't understand why everyone seems to think that you need to flush. If you really know how plants work they don't even absorb the nuts you put in the water. Little microbes use the nuts and turn them into sugar. The plant then absorbs the sugar full of everything they need. when you flush you starve those microbs which in turn starves your plant. I say just cut em down, hang em in a very dark and semi-cool room with fans stirring the air around, but not blowing on your plants and wait a week or so. It'll be dry and taste great.
Even with u being right to an extent that was possibly the most ignorant post of the day. Flush one and don't fluch the other then when ur face sucks in from the taste of bitter nutes and ur left with black ash set it down and hit that flushed bowl. Ur mind will be blown at the difference. If u want a clean tasting and finishing bud YOU MUST FLUSH end of story and to argue otherwise would be a tremendous waste of breath as well as an amazing showing of ignorance. Microbes feed off of the nutes creating sugars and the like for the plant to absorb. It also breaks down insoluable nutrients so the plant can absorb them as well these nutrients build up in the plant mainly the sunleaves and are "stored" for their final push in flower. By cutting nutes and fluching u are taking away their easy access to foos forcing them to push out all their reserves they've stored up in turn giving u not only a cleaner tasting and fully finished plant but one that will give u all it has to offer as compared to a healthy green plant being harvested. Some will argues keeping ur plant green and healthy to the end will produce better results but without the N deficiency the flavor was far from favorable and the extra (healthy) leaf seemed to delay the cure a solid two weeks with that frsh cut grass smell lingering longer than ever so it comes to prefference on that part but overall if u want ur efforts to be worthwhile FLUSH!
