should i buy the feminized seeds???

Hi I'm about to start my own grow room in my closet. I dont want to be growing more than one or two plants at a time and i was wondering if i should buy the feminizeds seeds for over $100 or get the regular ones and risk males for like $40.

You still have a chance to get hermi s so I just went the cheaper route.. Then again im gonn grow like 10 so Iwill have more chances for females.

I pondered this question long and hard also.. My thinking was, if you are only going to grow 1-2 plants at a time, then I think its best to go w/ fems.. Because it would really suck for both your plants to turn out male you know?

yea your better off getting fem seeds, especially if you growing indoors. ALl that electricity you used, just for something to look at.
but yea fem all the way.
I was lucky enough to buy some grass and had one seed in it.
soo i was curious, planted it..waited 3 months..and it started budding. thats what brought me here...

Yes for the fem seeds!...but with the fem seeds i bought last year ten superbuds and that was my first grow and i got 2 hermys out of them but its worth it for ur first time grow im guessing that this is your first b.c your going to yeild alot more crop and not taking as many risk....If u know some stuff about growing and you can just get the 40$ bag and with the females u get you can clone and keep the mother going....but i went with all fem seeds for my first grow it was well worth it...good luck growing...any kind of special seeds ur looking at..haha i saw this shit called Cheese in hightimes...and i wanna order it haha i have the website if u wanna look at some of the seeds they carry

What he said. Nothing like wasting weeks, maybe months, and then find out you're back to square one.

I'm glad this question is in the newbie central area cuz I have a possibly "dumb" question.

Are feminized seeds the SAME - EXACT strain/genes/phenos, etc, of the regular non-feminized seeds? It's already hard enough to find original stuff! I just want plain jane no crosses Thai weed, or Afghani, something like that. (sorry that's a whole different deal in itself)haha.peace

if you got the space + time, go the cheaper route. but if you only have room for 1-2 plants to flower, id say go with feminized. lot less to worry about

one off topic question. Does Colorado get the same strains as Cali or completely different? (medical club bud/clones)

I would think u would be getting the same strans ill look it up for u tho really quick bro hold up give me a little bit

everything good comes from cali. im in michigan, and my friend just got copious amounts of weed from california. ive never seen so many strains in one place. i think he had like 14 or so. geez my nose was in heaven when i was smelling all of them
