should I be worried?

I have one plant in a 4g bucket, I am on my 20th day from seedling, I am using gh flora nutes, superthrive. liquid karma, and a dose of zone.

my issue is im having a lot of brown residue forming, its silty and doesn't smell, my plant isn't showing any signs of root rot and this is new water as of Friday...

is this stuff becuase of my nutes or should i replace the air stones just in case its bacteria

Rule of thumb - if it smells ok it's ok.

^^^^ Exactly. usually the nute and added vits will stick to roots making things look scary especially after a rez change, but the color/vits should dissolve from the roots over a few days. No smell = ok. Smell and Slime = no good.
