I am not the type of person to go and freak out about anything....But I've ordered from Attitude probably over 10 times...Every single time my package arrives roughly 7 days after they label it "dispatched". Not only that, but I am always able to track it using the tracking number they gave me.

My order was "dispatched" on January 4th, and the Royal Mail website says that it reached the U.S. on January 9th. When I put the tracking number in USPS track, however, it says there is no information available on the package.

Somebody please tell me that there is some sort of huge mail delay in New York or something...

I"m starting to get REALLY fucking worried!!!

Could have gotten snagged in customs,BUT my guess would be that usps didnt update the tracking, which i've heard they are HORRIBLE at doing. I ordered 2 weesk ago, and it got to the states in 3 days. Then held up in NY customs for 7 days,

My package was dispatched 1/5 and tracking indicates it's in ISC New York since 1/10. No movement since then.

Monday is a post office holiday :(

Dude I had a car payment send to me on the 15th with USPS Priority from the next state over, less then 200 miles away, it arrived the 22nd. This has been happening a lot lately. Being in NY I would think you would of got your shipment already being the customs usps station is in long island I believe. But tracking almost never updates regularly and I've had a few attitude orders sit at the customs station for up to 8 days before it even began it's journey to me. Royal Air is amazing, usually gets across the Atlantic in 1-3 days. But once it's here it can take 2 weeks just to leave the eastern seaport. But again, since you are in NY I'd be concerned as well. If customs grabbed it it would be delayed as they confiscate, record and re-mail your package with a letter telling you seeds were confiscated. But the chances of usps taking their sweet ass time is much higher then customs grabbing it.

You are still under 2 weeks and there is a current mail slowdown so I wish you the best.

I'm not in New York.....That's why I'm not too worried. I'm not worried about Attitude, I know they will replace the beans, they are a very reputable company. I'm worried about some dick head local law enforcement shit heads getting a hold of my package. If I'm not mistaken, they have to have a search warrant to open your mail, correct?

And would a drug dog hit on a package with seeds in it?? Just out of curiosity??

For the January promo I ordered as well. And hopefully it appplies to your case as well. My order got to New York ISC on the 12th and never got updated till the 18th. It kept saying it was received and was being ready for shipment. Then miraculously hours later on the 19th it was updated that it was in San Fran leaving. I spoke to my brother who works for the Post Office and he said that after the holiday season the temporary workers are not there anymore therefore mail gets slower due to lack of manpower. Hope you have no hiccups with your order. It is a sinking feeling when you invest your money and there is no slight certainty that you are getting what you ordered for. Best of luck.

It's been a month, any update?
Yep, I received the package around 12 days ago or so. It took around 3 weeks, where as it normally takes 7 days. The thing is...

a) I ordered on a friday, knowing that in the UK it was already past normal business hours. So the order wasn't even packaged until the following Monday.

b) I'm sure Attitude had a lot of orders, accompanied with holidays, etc.

c) The main conclusion is, USPS sucks, and it is completely their fault that it took so long

I've since ordered from Attitude, and it took the normal 7 days.

I ordered march 2, 2013 and USPS seems to have lost it but I ordered guaranteed shipping and attitude is taking forever to respond. Atleast Jodie is, Laura usually replies faster but my previous 2-3 orders have been great.
